On April 2nd, the world turns blue in honor of World Autism Awareness Day. “Light It Up Blue” is a campaign spearheaded by the autism community since 2010, that aims to foster understanding and acceptance for those with autism. Supporters are encouraged to wear blue clothing to raise awareness. In addition, major landmarks around the globe are lit up in support of the cause, and the world Radiantly glows in blue.
